Aggregated turnover on the two bourses was RMB 280.65 billion. </P]<P]Asia's largest oil refiner, Sinopec&lt;600028&gt;&lt;0386&gt;&lt;SNP&gt; rose 1.27% to RMB 11.92. Market heavyweight PetroChina&lt;601857&gt;&lt;0857&gt;&lt;PTR&gt;, the nation's top oil producer, increased 0.62% to RMB 14.52. </P]<P]Insurance stock ended higher. Ping An Insurance (Group) Co&lt;601318&gt;&lt;2318&gt; jumped 8.94% to RMB 59.57. China Life Insurance Co Ltd&lt;601628&gt;&lt;2628&gt;&lt;LFC&gt;, the country's largest insurer, swelled 4.82% to RMB 29.57.</P]<P]Bank stocks also ended higher. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank&lt;600000&gt; grew 3.24% to RMB 24.20. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)&lt;601398&gt;&lt;1398&gt;, the world's largest lender by market value, rose 1.55% to close at RMB 5.24.</P]<P]Share prices of securities firms ended higher.
